How do I care for my jewelry?

Over time, sterling silver jewelry can tarnish. To help prevent this, remove jewelry before applying lotion, showering, swimming or exercising. Wearing your jewelry often also helps prevent tarnish! To keep your jewelry bright and shiny, polish it periodically. This can easily be done in just a few minutes with the polishing cloth I provide. Make sure to avoid using harsh chemicals or jewelry cleaners as this can damage the stone and remove the patina on your piece. When not wearing your jewelry, store it in a box or cloth pouch in a cool dry place to prevent oxidation.

Remember, natural gemstones can be delicate so take care to protect your wearable art to ensure it will last generations! Do not wear your jewelry while doing manual labor, strenuous exercise or activities.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All orders will arrive neatly packed in a gift box or cotton pouch with jewelry care instructions and a polishing cloth ready for gift giving!

How will you ship my order?

🌿ECO-PACKAGING

Each order is mindfully packaged and shipped using 100% Recycled & Eco-Friendly materials. I take great care to adhere to sustainable practices in my studio so naturally it carries over when getting my handcrafted goods to you. My shipping boxes, crinkle paper filler and gift boxes are all made of 100% recycled paper. My business cards are made of 100% recycled cotton and even my packaging tape is made of renewable and biodegradable plant-derived adhesive & backing. PLEASE reuse, repurpose or recycle all materials once your jewelry has made it safely to you.

 

Processing time - The time needed to create and prepare your order for shipment. Each item description will mention if it's "Ready to Ship" or "Made to order"

USPS First Class Mail: 2-6 business days

USPS Priority Mail: 1-4 business days

USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days

Shipping includes tracking for your convenience & peace of mind. All items over $200 also include shipping insurance.

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but unfortunately I cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping carrier and method you choose.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct during check out.

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages but I'd be happy to provide any information I can to assist you in filing a claim with your shipping carrier.

 

Do you offer payment plans?

For your convenience I offer payment plans through a service called Shop Pay Installments!

What is Shop Pay Installments?

A service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.

How do I use Shop Pay Installments?

Simply shop and add items to your cart and checkout as normal. At checkout choose Shop Pay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Shop Pay and provide payment details, and returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!

How does the payment schedule work?

All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method.

When will my items be delivered if I use Shop Pay Installments?

All orders are delivered as per my standard shipping time frame after you complete your order online.

How do I find my ring size?

The most accurate way to find your ring size is to stop by a local jeweler and have them professionally measure. If you're buying a gift for someone else you can bring a ring that you know fits them well and have that measured instead! Another great way to determine your size is to buy a ring multisizer tool. You can buy one for just a couple dollars online here.

One very important thing to take into consideration is the width of the ring band. Wide bands tend to fit snug so it's a good idea to size up 1/4 or 1/2 size bigger to accommodate the fit.

How do I measure my cuff size?

Although cuffs are extremely versitle and can fit a wide range of wrist sizes it is still important to make sure you find one that fits comfortably and prevents you from bending it constantly when taking off and on. Measuring your wrist is super simple and takes just a couple minutes. Women's Cuff Size Guidelines:

Small-Medium: Fits wrist sizes 5 ½" to 6 ½"

Medium-Large: Fits wrist sizes 6 ½" to 7 ½"

Can you make me a custom piece?

I would love to work with you on a custom piece! If interested please message me! I take customs on a case by case basis and limited spots are available. Your ideal design aesthetic should align with my previous work.

How It Works:

A $100 non-refundable down payment is required to reserve your spot in my schedule. It compensates me for the time spent discussing and designing your piece, as well as sourcing materials such as gemstones and silver exclusively for you. This down payment will go towards the final cost of your finished piece. Once a design and price has been agreed upon the remaining balance is due in full prior to creation. Custom order process timeline is typically around 4-6 weeks, so please take that into consideration if your planning for a gift.

Your payment represents your desire to obtain the custom piece and your trust in me as an artist. Custom orders are final sales and cannot be refunded.

**Third party financing options such as Shop Pay Installments cannot be used towards any custom order placed with me. If you need to make payment arrangements please contact me to work out an agreement.

I reserve the right to use any design from the creation in the future and to photograph any custom pieces created by me for you. The buyer takes full responsibility for any typos that were present in the order.

 

Can you resize a ring for me?

At this time, I do not offer a resizing service on one of a kind pieces.

I have some old jewelry laying around, can you repair/redesign it for me?

In short, no. I do not work on any jewelry I did not personally make myself.

There is quite a process to repair and redesign older jewelry. As well as great risk involved for both the client and the jeweler. If there are gemstones, those have to be taken out before any work can be done because my studio is not equipped with a laser. There is also risk of being exposed to unknown chemicals and glues since I would be dealing with someone elses work. It's not something I'm willing to risk and it just simply doesn't bring me joy. There are plenty of jewelers that specialize in this type of work that would be thrilled to take on your project. I do appreciate the consideration though!

I'm local, can I pick-up my order instead?

Although I love connecting with my customers, I do not have the capabilities to fit a delivery schedule into my day. I also have to be mindful in terms of my safety and privacy. I do hope you understand!
