Refunds & Returns

In the end, if you're not happy with your purchase, please submit a return request using your customer account. My ultimate goal is to make sure you are completely in love with your new jewelry and I appreciate the opportunity to make it right.

Guidelines:

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Customer is responsible for return shipping & shipping insurance
• 10% restocking fee may be applied

Return details:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. The item must be returned in its unused condition and original packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. To ensure safe return, tracking and shipping insurance is required.

Due to the nature of these items, I cannot accept returns for:

• Items on sale
• Custom or personalized orders

At this time, I do not accept exchanges or order cancellations.  

Custom Order Guidelines:

A $100 non-refundable fee is required to reserve your custom order with me. It compensates me for the time spent discussing and designing your piece, as well as sourcing and reserving materials such as gemstones and silver exclusively for you. This payment will go towards the total cost of your finished piece. Once a design and price has been agreed upon the remaining balance is due in full prior to creation. Your payment represents your desire to obtain the custom piece and your trust in me as an artist. Custom orders are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded.

**Third party financing options such as Shop Pay Installments cannot be used towards any custom order placed with me. If you need to make payment arrangements please contact me to work out an agreement.
