Bold Journey

Bold Journey

I’m excited to share that Bold Journey recently interviewed me about my work, process, and the heart behind Heather Louise Jewelry. We talked about the self-care practices that keep me grounded—quiet time in nature, watching hummingbirds outside my studio window, meditation, journaling, and creative play that isn’t tied to productivity—and how those rhythms shape the way I design.

In the conversation, I share more about my Oklahoma studio and how I slow-craft handmade artisan jewelry with recycled sterling silver and genuine gemstones. My designs are botanical-inspired and meant to be worn often, loved well, and kept as heirloom jewelry. I also reflect on the three qualities that have guided my journey—curiosity, resilience, and intuition—and why following your own inner compass matters.

If you’re someone who notices tiny blooms on a morning walk, pauses for a hummingbird, and chooses pieces with meaning, I think you’ll enjoy the read. I talk about creating for a woman with a defined personal style who values sustainability, quality over quantity, and one-of-a-kind keepsakes.
