Shipping

Your new handcrafted jewelry will arrive in a gift box or cotton pouch with jewelry care instructions and a polishing cloth ready for gift giving! Shipping includes tracking for your convenience & peace of mind. All items over $200 also include shipping insurance.

 

🌿ECO-PACKAGING

Each order is mindfully packaged and shipped using 100% Recycled & Eco-Friendly materials. I take great care to adhere to sustainable practices in my studio so naturally it carries over when getting my handcrafted goods to you. My shipping boxes, crinkle paper filler and gift boxes are all made of 100% recycled paper. My business cards are made of 100% recycled cotton and even my packaging tape is made of renewable and biodegradable plant-derived adhesive & backing. PLEASE reuse, repurpose or recycle all materials once your jewelry has made it safely to you.

 

Processing time - The time needed to create and prepare your order for shipment. Each item description will mention if it's "Ready to Ship" or "Made to order"

READY TO SHIP - Item will be shipped within 1-3 business days

MADE TO ORDER - Made to order items require additional time to allow me to create your piece. Average processing time is 1-2 weeks. 
I will not rush through any piece that I am working on, as I put 100% into the quality and construction and will do the same when I work on your order! Please feel free to message me if you'd like to get a better idea of when your made to order item will ship.

 

Estimated Shipping Times

Domestic:

USPS First Class Mail: 2-6 business days

USPS Priority Mail: 1-4 business days

USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but unfortunately I cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping carrier and method you choose.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct during check out.

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages but I'd be happy to provide any information I can to assist you in filing a claim with your shipping carrier.

Returns & Refunds

If you have any concerns about your purchase, please contact me so I can make it right! My ultimate goal is to make sure you are completely in love with your new jewelry! If not, I gladly accept returns but only if I've approved them.

Guidelines:

  • Contact me within 3 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within 7 days of delivery

Return details:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. The item must be returned in its unused condition and original packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. To ensure safe return, tracking and shipping insurance is required.
Due to the nature of these items, I cannot accept returns for:
  • Items on sale
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

At this time, I do not accept exchanges or order cancellations.
